BrightSign will unveil its latest developments in digital signage technology at the ISE 2026 event in Barcelona. The exhibition takes place from February 3 to February 6. Attendees can visit booth #4S-150 to see these innovations firsthand. The company plans to showcase AI-powered object detection and interactive real-world demos. These tools help industries like retail and transportation create better visual stories.
The new Series 6 media players serve as a highlight for the event. These players include the XD6, HD6, and XS6 models. Each device comes equipped with Neural Processing Units to execute AI applications. The hardware enables real-time motion and gaze recognition without slowing down video playback. As a result, companies are able to provide personalized experiences that adjust to audience behavior in an instant.
Innovation at the Edge with AI
The company also announced a partnership with Sharp for a new all-in-one solution. This system combines Sharp’s large-format displays with the BrightSignOS platform. It will be released for public use in the second quarter of 2026. This partnership makes it easier for companies to implement high-performance screens in challenging conditions. Moreover, the Series 6 hardware comes with a five-year warranty.
Steve Durkee, the chief executive officer of BrightSign, shared his vision for the industry.
“In today’s immersive, personalized, and visual world, the stakes have never been higher for powerful, secure, reliable, and intelligent digital signage.”
